Track Rental Info

If you are promoting an event or want to rent the track for a private test day please read all of the information carefully before requesting a reservation. Copy and paste these questions and your answers in your email request. Your request will be forwarded to the appropriate manager depending on your needs.

Saturday events: gate access starts as early as 8am, run time can be between 9am-10pm only due to noise restrictions but keep in mind there is 4-6 hour limit depending on the event. For events more than 6 hours Track rental fee does not increase but your cost of staff will increase.

Sunday events: gate access starts as early as 8am, run time can be between 10am-5pm only due to noise restrictions

Private Track Rental Details:
-1-25 cars
-4 hours only
-Gates are Closed after egress and not open to the public
-Single lane passes only – no side by side
-No prizes offered to racers trophies or money by track or renter (this dictates the price of your event insurance)
-No promotional media or patron charges allowed
-No Jet burners allowed
-Included: Restricted insurance, 20 Gals. VHT and methanol for track prep spraying (additional VHT can be ordered in full drum increments for $1,400 drum), staff member in tower for times and remote starting, EMT, tech inspection on race vehicles, log printer of all runs, waivers, tech cards, 1320′ times when weather allows, access to portable restrooms, racer parking limited to staging lanes and south of tower.
-All property damage incurred while you or your patrons are on the facility is your financial responsibility. (including but not limited to; guardwalls, interim equipment hit on track, etc.)
-Not Included: Scoreboard displays, additional portable restrooms or wash stations, excessive trash cleanup, damaged guardrail, damaged equipment (interim blocks, timers), snack bar facilities, bathroom facilities, Pit Area parking, front area parking, general admission area parking, scales, timeslip access. Only hard card holder photographers are allowed in the restricted areas.

Cost is approximately between $3,000-$12,000 depending on car count, type of cars and VHT request.

Public Track Rental Details:
-1-500 cars
-6-8 hours only
-Gates (pit, front lot) are open to the public (Overflow parking available upon request)
-No Jet burners allowed
-Side by Side racing – with scoreboards
-Promoter provides all prizes on site, day of race.
-Included: Insurance, 40 Gals. VHT and methanol for track prep spraying (additional VHT can be ordered in full drum increments for $1,400 drum), staff member in tower, starting line, time slip booth, front red line, tech inspector, front gate attendants, waiver/release attendant, tech cards, wristbands, parking, minimum 2, security per 500 spectators, bathroom maintenance, EMTs/Ambulance, track cleanup, Promotional media allowed, gate fees charging allowed, racer fee charging allowed, parking fee charging allowed, 1320′ times when weather allows.
-All property damage incurred while you or your patrons are on the facility is your financial responsibility. (including but not limited to; guardwalls, interim equipment hit on track, etc.)
-Not Included: Additional restrooms or wash stations, excessive trash cleanup, damaged guardrail, damaged equipment (interim blocks, timers) general admission area parking, scales, additional staff including security and parking attendants, overtime allowance. Only hard card holder photographers are allowed in the restricted areas.

Cost is approximately between $15,000-$27,000 depending on car count, type of cars, spectator count, staff/Security/parking needed and VHT request.
